Fitness personal trainings – Fit weight controll programmes:
On the basis of your aims, we prepare your individual training programme, which will be shown to you every time by a qualified fitness personal trainer, who speaks an excellent English and who will help you with your training. S/he puts a diet together suitable for your aims and level of condition.

Cellulite and body regenerating massage possibilities:
If you want to get rid of cushions of fat, or you long for relaxation, you should try our massage. Our masseur guarantees success and you can even have a chat while being massaged.

Trainings are held by qualified, English speaking aerobic trainers, personal fitness trainers and masseurs.

Nowadays, it is very important to maintain our health and good physical condition. You probably  agree with me that an adequate physical and mental state contributes to greater stamina  concentration power and makes us balanced which is necessary in our speed up lives. For these reasons let me offer you our services in the fitness gym. Our gym has been providing for  the health of women living in and around Debrecen. We have been shaping their bodies for 10  years, which we are proud of in the light of our achievements. Currently we offer our uniquely  manifold services in our 500- square-meter gym center.


Dance Step Aerobic

Based on basic steps with the help of step desks while different exercises are done  to set up the body’s own fat burning process together with working hard on the muscles of the  lower body and meanwhile shaping the leg, bum, calves etc.


Fat Killer Aerobic

Similar to the previous one, it is based on a simple choreography, but without using  desks, it shapes the targeted and problematic areas of the body and burns the fat.

Body Shaper Aerobic
After some short warm up exercises we concentrate on the problematic areas of the  body and burn the unwanted fat on the pod, legs, and bum to make them tight and flexible and of  course of a desired shape with the help of these exercises. It is specifically advised to elder  ladies!


Thai-Bo
a series of movements built on aerobic grounds in which we can find kick box  elements which help us shaping our pod, bum, the upper body and the muscles of the legs as  well as starting the fat killer processes.

Fit-Ball

A kind of aerobic that uses special, huge balls and has the advantage that people  with spinal, knee or ankle problems are also capable of doing the exercises. Fit- ball includes fat  killing and body toning exercises. This type of class is very popular and effective. It is specifically  advised to elder ladies!

Streching

This class contains exercises which are primarily used to stretch the muscles and  keep our joints flexible. During the class with static, slow and careful motions stretching is done  while these tensile positions are being held. We turn our attention inside, exclude the outside world, familiarize ourselves with our own bodies, ease the stress and relax meanwhile bearing  continuous muscle stretching in order to be more flexible and to gain back the agility of the joints.  Therefore the stretched, loose muscular system is able to regenerate easier and faster, and  more dynamically, and it will be more capable of enduring the burden of more vigorous activities.


Pilates

 In 1880, Joseph H. Pilates, who was born in Düsseldorf, worked out with unique  method. He connected the total concentration and special respiration technique of yoga and  gymnastics together with other fitness exercises, and made a totally new system. He called this  program: The Art of Control, hence his basic idea was body control and motion control.


Prenatal Exercises

During pregnancy your body experiences dramatic physiological changes that require  a carefully designed exercise program. These naturally occurring changes are not permanent,  and the benefits of regular exercise are many. It is advised to those expectant mothers who are  after the first trimester, and are not endangered pregnant.

Belly Dance

This beautiful dance has many names: belly dance, oriental dance, danse du ventre, beledi, raqs sharqi… but every name describes the same joyful art form that celebrates our lives  and our bodies in a powerful and positive way. Middle Eastern dance is an excellent form of  exercise which focuses on posture, alignment, and coordination and helps to develop core  strength, grace, confidence, and a sense of community in those who practice it. The movements  are body-friendly and complement any shape and size. Through the dance, many students learn  to appreciate their bodies just the way they are – and they experience the power and beauty they  create when they dance together.

HypoxiTrainer

Even with exercise and intense diet, a beautiful figure cannot always be achieved.  This is because your body only burns fat which it can easily access. It will not burn fat in areas  where circulation is poor. Diet and exercise do not always combat cellulite either. Vacu Move

It includes stepping on a stepper in a vacuum device which provides perfect blood  circulation in the tissues and therefore the necessary burning of fat, mainly on the thighs, hips,  stomach and the buttocks, which are closed in the vacuum environment.  The upper part of the body which is not in the pressure chamber is actively synchronized with the  stepper which provides shaping of the loose muscles in the area of arms and the chest.  Time and development of the process is monitored on the display. It is possible to regulate the  intensity,and,speed-of,the-stepper.  During exercise, there is great fluid loss due to perspiration; therefore, the fluid needs to be  replaced-regularly-during-exercise.  It is a demanding but very efficient exercise lasting circa 30 minutes.

We provide an opportunity for personal training for men as well!
What is personal training (as a service) about and what does it contain?

First it starts with a special condition level measurement where we establish the guest's current  fitness level; define the way and time that is necessary to achieve her goal.

We prepare a personalized training program in which we set the different training sections based  on each other specially tailored to our guest's current development level.  These contain the basic beginner - intermediate- advanced training techniques and methods,  founded on the full fitness knowledge of the sport on a scientific and experimental level which  can be obtained in the world currently. Training plans are subject to change every 4-6 weeks, as  we always pay attention to our guest’s current fitness level, thus she will never be training a  minute unnecessarily in this manner and waste time on useless trainings with which only her  conditioned abilities develop, but no success in shape forming will she experience. In the  program we define the daily kcal and nutrient input keeping an eye on the daily intake of proteins,  carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and liquids. We assess the preceding dietary habits and  adjust the diet compiled during the time of the personal trainings accordingly. Trainings are  controlled under the personal trainer's continuous supervision so that not even the smallest  mistake may occur in the order of the exercises thus make the muscle work which has been set
to train that day. On the other hand, it gives a continuous motivation during drills and facilities the  readjustment of method if necessary so that the trainer can provide help when the trainee  experiences a standstill and thus promote her suitable development. Quite naturally, the trainer  will see when the moment comes to make adjustments in the training program so that you can  step to a higher level. Personal training is really another dimension of fitness in the course of  drills, where the trainer teaches the scientific and other training principles to you, while directing
and supervising your trainings.
T forma Fitness employs only certified Personal Trainers who have attended professional  trainings and passed their exams successfully and who have all the knowledge to guarantee  satisfactory achievement in their guests’ development.
Our trainers' training is provided and organized by the T-F Fitness and Aerobics Educational  Center during OKJ accredited courses in Body Building-Fitness, Personal Trainer's courses and  Aerobics Sport Instructors courses. The full training and the following personal trainer practice is
technically controlled by Balogh Tamás so that our service will meet the highest professional  standards.
